Job Summary
  • Develop AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience.
  • Drive software applications development, architecture design, installation, and implementation of projects.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities and respond to customer needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI, web, and tech trends and showcase expertise in emerging technologies.
Essential Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have strong working knowledge in Java and Spring Framework.
  • Show proficiency in ReactJs/NextJS.
  • Familiarity with Java, Spring Framework, Springboot, PostgreSQL, Bash Scripting.
  • Working knowledge in AWS, GCP cloud services and environment.
  • Previous experience in contact centre environments, VOIP (Asterisk), Social Media Chatbot (WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to customer service and good work ethics.
  • Proven technical analytical problem resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environment.
