Provide Technical Guidance and MentorshipProvide technical guidance and mentorship to the R&D team, helping them to develop their skills and expertise in designing and developing battery test systems and charging solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales TeamCollaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including solution proposal, technical demonstrations, and responding to technical inquiries.
Develop Comprehensive Testing and Validation PlansDevelop comprehensive testing and validation plans to ensure system functionality and compliance with industry standards, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Prepare Technical DocumentationPrepare technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, etc., to ensure that our solutions are well-documented and easily understood by our customers and partners.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Related Field
You must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and practices.
Minimum of 5 Years of ExperienceYou must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing battery test systems and charging solutions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
Proficiency in CAD Software and Programming LanguagesProficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ will be an added advantage, but not a requirement.
In-Depth Understanding of Battery TechnologiesYou must have an in-depth understanding of battery technologies, charging protocols, and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsYou must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
Excellent Communication SkillsYou must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
RemunerationThe remuneration package for this role includes a competitive salary range of MYR 15,000 - MYR 22,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
