  • Job Requirements:
  • Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial statements and provide timely financial reports.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets to support business growth.
  • Cash Flow Optimization: Monitor and report on cash flow to optimize working capital.
  • AP/AR Management: Manage AP/AR for timely payments and collections.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory filings.
  • Business Insights: Provide financial data and recommendations for cost control, investment, and business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional Qualification: Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Work Environment: Experience working in a company with less than 100 headcounts.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software (AUTOCOUNT) and ERP systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to communicate financial insights effectively.
