Main Objectives

  • Process transfer-in stocks efficiently, ensuring timely documentation and accuracy.
  • Verify customer requests for cutting and servicing items, obtaining approval from superiors when necessary.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in retail or equivalent is preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate strong business knowledge in retail management, sales, marketing, and customer services.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Malay languages, with additional language skills being an asset.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Flexible, willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen.
