We are seeking an experienced SAP/ERP Business Development Consultant who is passionate about growing with us in the APAC region. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will help local management drive business growth by establishing and managing relationships with potential and existing clients, as well as partners of cbs. To succeed, we provide relevant training and mentoring to develop your career in IT service sales on the fast track.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus sales efforts by studying and addressing customers' business needs and requirements.
  • Service existing accounts, secure sales, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
  • Follow up with partners and customers on outstanding sales matters, lead times, coordination of deliveries, price revisions, pricing terms and conditions, etc.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and other communication methods (e.g., email) with new prospects and existing customers to educate and inform them about our services.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and RFQ/RFPs and follow up on project tender-related matters.
  • Maintain a database (Salesforce, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Your Qualifications:
  • A graduate of a well-recognized university or a young professional with more than 3 years of industry experience, looking to change your career.
  • Seeking an exciting career path in sales.
  • Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • An analytical and problem-solving consultant with a desire to develop your own skills and talents.
