Key Accountabilities
  1. Event Conceptualization:

    Design engaging conference themes by researching industry trends and the target audience's needs. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop session topics, speaker panels, and workshops. Create event agendas that align with business objectives and market trends.

  2. Speaker Identification:

    Identify, recruit, and manage high-quality speakers, including industry leaders and experts. Coordinate speaker logistics, including contracts, travel, and accommodations. Provide guidance and support to speakers regarding content, presentation style, and event requirements.

  3. Event Operations:

    Plan and execute all event details, including scheduling, venue selection, audio/visual setup, and catering. Work with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth logistics and timely service delivery. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.

  4. Marketing Efforts:

    Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the event through digital channels, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships. Help develop promotional materials, including brochures, event websites, and social media content. Assist in managing attendee registrations and promoting the event to a broad audience.

  5. Expense Management:

    Manage expenses effectively while maintaining event quality. Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective services. Track expenses and generate financial reports for internal review.

  6. On-Site Event Management:

    Oversee the event on-site, ensuring all logistics run smoothly. Coordinate with vendors, staff, and volunteers to handle registrations, event setup, speaker coordination, and attendee needs. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event.

  7. Post-Event Review:

    Gather feedback from attendees, speakers, and stakeholders to assess the event's success. Analyze attendee engagement and satisfaction data to identify areas of improvement for future events. Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
