Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Innovations Leader to join our team at The Arnott's Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing packaging solutions for new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of packaging strategies that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging solutions into our product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, design of experiments, and packaging validation reports.
  • Coach and supervise a team of Technologists and Technicians to promote engagement and continuous growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Materials Science, Engineering, or equivalent subject.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in packaging engineering, technology, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of packaging technology principles, machinery, and components.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
