About the Position

We are seeking a Reliability and Cloud Expert to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a mid-senior level professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability of Alibaba apsara stack and cloud services running on it.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the stability and reliability of cloud infrastructure and applications
  • Conduct regular health checks and monitor system performance
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system reliability

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including practical experience in using CLI commands, IT hardware experience, and familiarity with Windows, Linux operating systems, and container virtualization technologies such as Docker.

Requirements
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Practical experience in using CLI commands
  • IT hardware experience (preferable)
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with one or more data management technologies such as MySQL/SQL Server
