As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Engagement and Relationship Building: Reach out to potential donors through various channels, using your fluent English and Mandarin/Cantonese skills, and ignite their interest in our charity campaigns.
- Charity Advocacy: Present our supported charities to potential donors, sharing their stories and impact fluently in both languages, creating a powerful connection between generosity and change.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the growth of our organization.
Requirements
- Educational Background: High School certificate, Diploma, or Degree (or equivalent) in any field.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or fundraising, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with donors and convey charity value, fluently in English & Mandarin.
