Job Description

  • Implement and execute all back-of-house duties, including receiving and processing shipments, stock placement, and maintaining a well-organized inventory.
  • Audit stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain high standards of stock management.
  • Assist in consolidating and transferring stocks, ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Hanging and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Replenish stocks on the sales floor, meeting customer demand and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the stock room, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Responsible for assisting in preparation of stock count activities, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Regularly communicate product levels and assortments with the store management team, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures relating to inventory control, upholding high standards of professionalism.
  • Support other stores as needed, assisting with tasks such as joint counts and store openings.

Requirements

  • Highly interested in working in a back-of-house role.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling inventory or warehouse-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with SAP program and basic Microsoft Excel skills is an added advantage.
  • Ability to read and write in basic English, with good calculation skills.
  • Flexible and able to work according to retail hours, with physical fitness required.
  • Additional skills: Passion for sports products and attention to detail.
