We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Isentia in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Role

The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by providing timely and accurate support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer service and support to Isentia clients
  • Provide excellent, prioritized customer service
  • Responsible for client retention activities, helping conduct regular brief reviews
  • Maintain Brands, client briefs, and delivery sets in Brief Admin, iSAMS, and DaaS Management App, ensuring accuracy
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in English and Malay Language
  • Understanding of Big Data Principles and exposure to Search Engines and Boolean Logic
  • Technically proficient in a range of office applications, Salesforce experience desirable
