Recruitment Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment strategy. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment plans to attract top talent.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hiring Planning: Develop and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans to ensure timely and efficient talent acquisition.
  2. Job Advertising: Create and publish job ads across various platforms to attract top talent.
  3. Candidate Sourcing: Nurture relationships with potential hires through professional networks on social media and during events.
  4. Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate resumes and job applications to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  5. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to identify suitable candidates for further assessment.
  6. Candidate Interviewing: Interview candidates in-person for various roles, from junior to executive positions.
  7. Hiring Metrics Analysis: Analyze hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  8. Candidate Experience: Design, distribute, and evaluate candidate experience surveys to gauge satisfaction levels.
  9. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  10. Event Participation: Organize and participate in job fairs to promote our brand and attract talent.
  11. Candidate Database Management: Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with major job sites and proficiency in sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.
  • A self-starter mentality with a strong desire for regional hiring exposures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
