Corporate Events Director Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Events Director to join our team at ACE EdVenture Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in event planning and management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

About the Role:
  • This role is responsible for developing and implementing corporate event strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in managing multiple aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
  • They will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement event strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to secure services and products.
  4. Plan and execute logistical arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment rental.
  5. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and management.
  • Strong knowledge of event planning software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
