IAM Product Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Product Strategy Director to lead the development of our unified identity solution. This is an excellent opportunity to drive innovation in identity management, working closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build seamless user experiences.
You will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap in your Problem Space and aligning it with company objectives while balancing user experience and business goals. If you have expertise in large-scale platforms and are passionate about driving innovation, we want to hear from you
Critical Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the core platform roadmap for our unified Identity & Access Management.
- Collaborate with technical & business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized product backlog, and lead governance forums on key initiatives.
- Own the definition and follow-up of success metrics in your problem space and measure the impact of your work.
About the Role:
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Pre Sales or Solution Architect with at least 4 years focused on identity, authentication, access management, and data security.
- Experience leading IAM and Data Security related features preferably in large-scale B2B or B2C platforms (e.g., in Telco, E-commerce, Fin-tech etc).
- Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks related to Personal Data and identity and access management.
