We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at PEOPLE PROFILERS. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  2. Candidate Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work closely with the HR team to provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation, reporting, and maintaining HR records. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for HR leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
  1. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Employee Relations.
  2. Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
