Kenso Corporation is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team in Sedenak Johor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and data center operations, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support and services.

• Providing technical support and maintenance for our data center infrastructure
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers and IT systems
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of system performance and downtime
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience working in the data center operations space
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and data center operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience working in the data centre operations space
• Good understanding and knowledge in data structured cabling and patching
• Experienced in hardware support, breakfix and troubleshooting.
• Ability to respond to issues and provide timely updates, and escalation
• Experience working in a large-scale critical environment is a plus
