Job Description:

This role is based in Malaysia and responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with domestic and global suppliers and partners. The candidate will act as a strategic legal partner to the business units resolving their legal needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on all aspects of procurement, partnership, and other contracts.
  • Providing proactive legal advice on commercial, operational, and risk issues.
  • Collaborating with various business lines and stakeholders to provide robust legal solutions consistent with company policies.
Key Skills:
  1. Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Malaysia/Singapore or the UK.
  2. Minimum of 7 years' PQE gained as an in-house lawyer or with a reputable commercial law firm.
  3. Strong analytical skills with a good eye for detail and sound knowledge of corporate and contract law.
