As a Business Development Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to secure new business acquisitions.
- Review and analyze the existing business plan to identify opportunities for expansion and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement business development plans to source, manage, and secure new business opportunities through direct acquisition, joint ventures, or other potential ventures.
- Lead market research efforts, compiling databases on the property sector, demographic trends, and economic conditions, along with relevant property news.
- Secure new business deals by developing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, ensuring smooth integration of contract requirements into business operations post-signing.
- Conduct feasibility studies for all land/project identification efforts, presenting findings to management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business/Economics/Management, Finance, Valuation/Real Estates Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably with valuation experience and a good familiarity with the Malaysian Land & Industrial market.
- Strong knowledge of property investment & property valuation principles.
