Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cost management group, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing comprehensive benchmarking exercises for client projects, focusing on fitouts and refurbishments.

You will coordinate the collection of detailed cost breakdown information from all previous client projects, analyse and evaluate cost breakdown data to derive meaningful insights and trends, and provide critical analysis and recommendations based on the interpreted cost data to optimize future project estimations.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with 8-10 years' experience in related fields. Registered with Board of Surveyor, member of RISM and RICS.
