Store Director - Consumer Products

We are seeking an experienced Store Director to join our team at U TECH ENERGY SAVING SDN BHD in Sarawak. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase profitability.
  2. Team Development: Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training and support to help them deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Oversee operational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity.
  4. Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective engagement, resolution of customer complaints and provision of excellent customer service.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with the head office team to ensure seamless communication and implementation of new initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
