About the Role:

  • Candidate must have minimum 8-15 years related work experience in high-rise building construction.
  • Hands-on construction and financial management experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Experience in ISO 9001:2008 consciousness and good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Construction Contractual Matters, Letters Writing, and giving effective commands is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil/Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8-15 years related work experience.
  • Experience in high-rise building is a must.
  • Hands-on construction and financial management.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
