**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Course Counsellor (Sales). This role involves providing prospective students with information about our academic programmes, helping them make informed decisions about their education, and assisting with enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To strategize and drive recruitment of students, school leavers, and working adults for SEGi College Sarawak, ensuring personal enrolment targets and other KPIs are met.
  • To provide course counselling services to students, parents, and working adults, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our academic programmes.
  • To organize school visits in Sabah to promote SEGi College Sarawak and build relationships with school counsellors for student recruitment purposes.
  • To coordinate marketing and promotional activities such as education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, talks, previews, workshops, and in-bound campus visits to facilitate student recruitment.
  • To recruit local agents outside of Kuching to refer students.
  • To generate leads, maintain, and update the CRM database for telemarketing activities.
  • To promote SEGi College Sarawak on digital media platforms for branding, engagement, and lead generation.
  • To prepare correspondence related to sales and marketing activities as required.
  • To conduct market surveys as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in education or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed performance targets.
