As a Client Success Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, while also identifying new opportunities to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and proactively finding solutions.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations to clients based on our research results, and coordinate training activities to provide them with a deep understanding of consumer behaviors.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with line managers to develop strategies to capture those opportunities.
