As a Client Success Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, while also identifying new opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and proactively finding solutions.
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations to clients based on our research results, and coordinate training activities to provide them with a deep understanding of consumer behaviors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with line managers to develop strategies to capture those opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Research, Marketing, or Advertising, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and insights.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • A team player with a strong sense of organization and time management.
