About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cater to various business needs. This includes creating and/or engaging e-learning materials, workshops, and seminars to support colleague development.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources or business-related subject, along with training-related qualifications. Strong leadership and influencing skills, experience in training and working in the loss adjusting or claims management industry, and familiarity with the CILA / AICLA professional qualifications framework are advantageous.

This role involves evaluating training effectiveness, compiling and analyzing data related to employee performance, training needs, and development outcomes. The successful candidate will provide actionable recommendations for future training requirements based on data analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies that enhance talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Support the development and execution of the Group's Talent Management comprehensive training programs and tailor these to various business needs.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Compile and Evaluate Data: Gather and analyze data related to employee performance, training needs, and development outcomes.
  • Make Informed Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations for future training requirements based on data analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources or business-related subject
  • Training-related qualifications
  • CIPD qualified (ideally)
  • Additional industry qualifications in a related field (an advantage)
