Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain HR systems, including Workday.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and retrieval.
  • Develop and maintain reporting catalog and dashboards.
  • Provide training and support to users on HR systems.
  • Conduct data quality reviews and monitor/correct processing errors.
  • Communicate unusual events affecting HR data accuracy.
  • Translate business requirements into software, communications, and equipment requirements.
  • Stay up to date with Workday enhancements and future product releases.
  • Prepare detailed specifications from which Workday will be developed.
  • Manage large quantities of data and conduct root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HCM/HRMS experience; working knowledge of Workday required.
  • Experience participating in IT projects, UKG (Kronos), and Reporting experience advantageous.
  • Proficiency with following WD technology: EIBs, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields advantageous, Discovery Boards.
  • Advanced in MS Excel (Excel Query, VBA) and Workday Mass Data management.
  • Client service oriented, practice good judgement and strong decision-making skills.
