Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our Strategy and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions across various functions within the company.

Critical Tasks
  1. You will independently assemble large and complex data sets that meet the business or analytical needs.
  2. You will build and deploy data models that help improve support experience.
  3. You will work with the Business or Operations Teams to understand their problem statements and conceptualize analytics frameworks that convert business problems into technical hypotheses.
  4. You will design and recommend A/B testing to evaluate the model performance and provide interpretation of the experiment results, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  5. You will develop data insights and performance dashboards.
