Job Description:

As a Senior Finance Executive at TEONG SENG CHAN TRANSPORT (M) SDN BHD, you will be responsible for handling full sets of accounts. This includes preparing schedules for audit purposes, liaising with bankers, company secretaries, tax agents, and auditors, monitoring cash-flow, verifying, allocating, and reconciling transactions, as well as preparing monthly financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial schedules for audit purposes.
  • Maintain effective relationships with external parties, including bankers, company secretaries, and tax agents.
  • Monitor and manage cash-flow to ensure efficient financial operations.


Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least 3 to 4 years of working experience in the related Accounting/Finance field.
  • A minimum qualification of LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Finance/Accounting is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • The ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
