Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Growth Executive to join our team at BloomThis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product development and innovation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure products are developed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the product development team and other departments to ensure proper integration of products with other processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Proactively manage changes in product launch or campaign scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product development decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to leverage advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
