The company has a portfolio of over 30 products and operates globally with state-of-the-art production facilities and R&D centers located in China, U.S.A., and Europe.
We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our commercial team in Malaysia to drive sales and market growth for our innovative pharmaceutical products. This role will be based in Kuching or Sabah, covering the territory of both Sarawak and Sabah states.
Sales and Marketing
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by educating healthcare providers about our products through presentations, marketing materials, and events.
- Organize and participate in marketing activities like Continuing Medical Education (CME), Roundtable Discussion (RTD), workshops, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Conduct CMEs and RTDs regularly and execute strategies to increase market share and product adoption.
- Provide market and competitor intelligence insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers in the assigned territory by providing timely and accurate information.
- Act as a primary point of contact for healthcare providers and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase brand presence and product usage.
- Identify and follow up on new leads within the assigned territory and achieve daily call rates.
- Achieve required call rates for customers in Categories A, B, and C.
Reporting and Conduct
- Submit reports and information related to sales and marketing activities in compliance with company policies and local regulatory standards.
- Adhere to company rules, regulations, and employee handbook, and demonstrate professional working ethics.
Requirements
- Language proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with hospital and clinic operations, as well as marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Relevant diplomas or degrees in fields like Medical Sales, Pharmacy, Sales & Marketing.
