Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and products using CAD software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  2. Create technical drawings, 2D to 3D models, and prototypes for manufacturing and production purposes.
  3. Participate in research and development, pricing, process improvement, and production management.
  4. Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and quality teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
  5. Evaluate design feasibility and suggest improvements to enhance product performance.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation and project reports for effective communication.
  7. Troubleshoot design or production issues and implement solutions to resolve them efficiently.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
  2. 2–3 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in SolidWorks is a must-have requirement.
  4. Experience in CMM Machine, CNC Machine, or Semiconductor Industry is highly valued.
  5. Experience in R&D, Pricing, Process Improvement, or Technical Drawing is desirable.
  6. Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for smooth communication with internal teams and China support teams.
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
