As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving strategic cash flow management, ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple markets, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards in countries like Singapore and Malaysia, as well as experience managing full sets of accounts, preparing financial reports, and conducting variance analysis.

You will oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet sub-schedules. You will also ensure that overseas entities comply with local accounting standards and group policies, while consolidating their results into group financial statements.

In addition, you will manage cash flow forecasting, ensure sufficient liquidity for overseas operations, and mitigate foreign exchange risks. You will also assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for overseas entities, aligning them with overall group financial targets.

Achieving success in this role requires strong leadership skills, with experience supervising and developing finance teams. Proficiency in financial accounting systems and advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
