Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, with a focus on production output, supply chain management, quality control, capacity planning, engineering, and planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring departmental performance through systematic data collection and analysis.
  • Developing and executing action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Planning and driving CAPEX initiatives to align with corporate and business objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivery and proven experience in the manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 20 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on heavy manufacturing or high-volume, low-mix processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • A champion for Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Malaysian citizenship.
