What You'll Do

You will be responsible for leading the integration of network, hardware, software systems and building management systems within our mall environment.

This will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will also provide both remote and on-site support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and project site work.

In addition, you will take ownership of tickets from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective management.

You will define, design, and implement best-practice processes to enhance operational efficiency and align with evolving business needs.

You will monitor and optimize performance metrics, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Finally, you will oversee vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality, while driving operational excellence.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and building management system integration within a mall or commercial building environment.
  • A degree in IT with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Great communication skills and stakeholder management with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • A team player who encourages the sharing of resources and knowledge across teams.
