Executive Vice President Sales

Crowe Malaysia PLT is seeking a senior sales executive to lead our sales efforts in the Ethical Channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Product Development, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional results. If you are a sales leader with a passion for delivering results, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding opportunity.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Science or a relevant discipline, with at least 10+ years of relevant commercial experience and 5+ years at management level. Prior experience in Pharma or healthcare industries is preferred, along with proven people management experience and strong communication skills.
