Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and affiliated companies on regulatory matters and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and manage high-impact regulatory risks and issues, developing innovative solutions to address emerging challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of regulatory documents, registers, and filings, adhering to Nasdaq Stock Exchange guidelines.
  • Design and implement effective systems and procedures for governance management and compliance monitoring.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive critical regulatory projects forward, meeting deadlines and achieving strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • LL.B. degree with 3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or governance, preferably with admission to the Malaysian Bar.
  • Proven track record of managing compliance functions and advising senior management.
  • Expertise in analyzing complex regulatory issues and developing strategic solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to manage ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
  • Superior judgment, quick learning capacity, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
