Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve product functionality.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in technical support.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of WMS software applications, and proficiency in MS SQL, Open API, and EDI.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
