  • The Head of Human Resources Shared Services, APAC role involves working closely with global, regional, and country HR and business leads to drive HR operational efficiency and remain 'moments that matter' in the employee experience for all countries in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse team of HR Shared Services professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR Shared Services team.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for the HR Shared Services team and ensure consistent delivery against these metrics.

About You

">
  • You will have a strong background in HR, with 8-10 years of experience in payroll and HR Shared Services across the APAC region.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes.
