Regional Sales Lead

About the Role:
The Regional Sales Lead will be responsible for supporting the VP of Sales in developing regional marketing and sales strategies, ensuring information is clear and delivered in a timely manner. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize data.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Reporting: Gather monthly and quarterly sales reports and data from all sales teams across the Asia Pacific region.
- Forecasting: Proactively analyze key metrics, highlighting and explaining variances from forecasts, with a focus on price increase monitoring and analysis.
- Sales Budget Planning: Lead the regional sales budget planning and forecasting process, preparing the annual sales budget and forecasts while balancing local, regional, and corporate needs.
- Data Management: Oversee sales data management and ensure synchronization of the group database with the Salesforce CRM system.
- Opportunity Pipeline: Manage the opportunity pipeline with sales directors, ensuring data accuracy, tracking sales funnel progress, and compiling top opportunities at the regional level.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and intelligence, serving as the primary contact for market data and competitor analysis in the region.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in chemical manufacturing/distribution. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome.
- Multi-Country Experience: Multi-country experience across Asia Pacific is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen and ability to drive results.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
