About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to leaders across the globe.

Your primary objective will be to offer on-demand, ad-hoc support on business partnering topics that require immediate or short-term guidance and value creation. You will work closely with leaders to diagnose and translate their business needs into effective people and culture approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Acumen
  • Provide strategic guidance to leaders on succession and talent management, performance management, goal setting, development planning, reward and compensation management, and organizational setup.
  • Leverage the P&C community to develop high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
  • Use knowledge of business and P&C insights, metrics, expertise, and decision principles to deliver support on complex topics.
  • Participate in global squads for the deployment of key P&C initiatives or new system launches.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of global P&C processes to consult, advise, and train business and P&C leaders on system and process-related topics.
  • Deliver first-class support, advice, and coaching to leaders during new process or project rollouts.
  • Ensure alignment and execution of established policies, procedures, and global P&C initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and established standards and guidelines by building a broad knowledge base on regional approaches and connecting with global P&C colleagues.

Leadership

You will be a trusted partner to leaders in all aspects of generalist P&C areas. You will grasp a broad range of generalist P&C topics and be able to thoughtfully diagnose, evaluate, and propose fit-for-purpose approaches.

You will ensure full ownership and leadership of incoming requests, prioritization, and solution implementation to provide P&C consultation to leaders with a connected and caring approach.

You will partner with other chapters to create value for the organization. You will onboard leaders where needed and connect them to other P&C colleagues when appropriate.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Strong situational assessment and objective evaluation skills.
  • Able to leverage data, technology, and insights to find root causes, troubleshoot, and inform innovative and compliant solutions.
  • Proficient in English (Speak, Read & Write).
