Job Description
  • Maintain daily cash records, ensure accurate invoicing and revenue accounting, and report financial transactions to senior management.
  • Process VAT reports, respond to tax-related notices, and collaborate with managers to resolve any issues.
  • Manage temporary applications, track payments from colleagues, and monitor foreign agent debt.
  • Oversee asset tracking, tool administration, and stationery ordering.
  • Implement a system for receipt and payment processing, obtain approval from superiors, and make salary payments.
  • Conduct cost accounting, including capital, management, and salary costs.
  • Perform other duties assigned by upper management.
Requirements
  • Hold an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (RQF Level 4).
  • Have a strong foundation in Accountant in Business (F1) and Management Accounting (F2) as part of ACCA Part 1.
  • Possess knowledge of Financial Accounting (F3) as part of ACCA Part 1.
