At Businesslist, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented KYC Specialist to join our team. As a Corporate Client Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our corporate clients comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of documentation and conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in a timely manner to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Liaise with Relationship Managers (RMs) on the required documentation to facilitate seamless client onboarding processes.
  • Ensure that ongoing CDD reviews are conducted in tandem with internal process and policies to maintain high standards of compliance.
  • Verify data accuracy in systems and documentation to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Extract data from worksheets and reports for distribution to respective Business segments for necessary follow-up actions.
  • Assist Business Units (BUs) in responding to various CDD enquiries, which may originate from local authorities or correspondent banks, over client's profile.
  • Perform screening assessment and escalate material hits, where applicable, for further clearance.
  • Provide regular statistics and presentations for updating to Senior Management, as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects, such as audit, user acceptance testing etc., where required.
