Job OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to play a key role in managing and overseeing corporate tax matters across the APAC region. This includes ensuring tax compliance, optimizing tax strategies, managing risks, and providing advisory support on international tax matters.
Key Responsibilities- Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with APAC and U.S. tax regulations, including corporate tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing.
- Oversee tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting across multiple markets.
- Monitor tax law changes and provide proactive recommendations.
- Advisory & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on APAC tax matters.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and regional leadership teams to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIA.
- 8+ years of corporate taxation experience in public accounting firm or industry tax firm (i.e Big4) including 4 years' experience in management position.
- Strong knowledge of regional tax laws and international tax regulations.
- Experience in tax research, planning, and compliance, including technical writing ability.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written & spoken) is preferred.
