Job Requirements

  1. We are looking for a skilled Legal Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting cause papers and submissions, attending court proceedings, and conducting legal research.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting agreements such as SPA, Tenancy Agreement, Loan Agreement, Discharge, Perfection of Transfer & Charge, and other conveyancing matters.
  3. In addition, the Legal Associate will conduct due diligence to ensure properties comply with legal requirements and liaise with clients, property developers, bankers, property agents, and government bodies.
  4. The role also involves monitoring and updating file status, preparing status reports, and resolving legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
  5. As a key member of our team, the Legal Associate will assist partners with various tasks and duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and submitting documents to the relevant authorities.
  • Attending court hearings and representing clients when necessary.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues.
