We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Finance and Accounting Associate to support our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Process purchase orders and contract-based invoices, non-purchase order invoices, prepayments, and down payments.
  • Verify supplier open items (due invoices, credit notes, debit balances, etc.) before executing payments.
  • Resolve discrepancies and issues related to payment processing.

The successful candidate will have a degree in finance or accounting, professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA), and experience working in a transactional accounting environment.
