The Global Monetization Integrity team works closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. This team is essential in maintaining a joyful and creative ads experience for our community.

The Team Leader will oversee a team of Data Understanding Specialists, providing hands-on guidance and support in operational execution and project delivery. This role focuses on day-to-day team management, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Supervision & Support:
    • Oversee the daily work of Data Understanding Specialists, ensuring adherence to processes, timelines, and quality standards.
    • Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to team members, fostering their growth and technical development.
    • Act as a point of escalation for challenges encountered by the team, offering solutions and guidance.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Assist in executing operational strategies to optimize workflow and team efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, tool enhancements, and system upgrades.
    • Ensure proper tracking of project KPIs and metrics, regularly reviewing performance to maintain alignment with business goals.
  • Project Support & Coordination:
    • Facilitate the delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring that Data Understanding Specialists contribute effectively to project goals.
    • Help maintain the project roadmap, assisting in prioritizing tasks and managing dependencies.
    • Coordinate with senior leadership to communicate team progress, blockers, and any needed resources.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Actively participate in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
    • Support the implementation of project management tools and processes to enhance the efficiency of both the team and larger initiatives.
    • Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between Data Understanding Specialists and other operational and technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
    • Communicate key updates, progress, and issues to both team members and leadership, maintaining transparency.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum qualifications:
  • Experience managing or leading teams within an operational or project management setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and training to a team, fostering growth and maintaining high performance.
