About the Job

The Director of Sales is a critical role within our organization, responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities. You will work closely with other departments to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management, and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Director of Marketing or Director of Sales in a larger operation. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are also essential.
