Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including contractual obligations and confidentiality agreements, and identifies and mitigates potential legal risks associated with procurement activities.
  2. Process Improvement: Develops and implements process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement organization.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with other teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in law or a related field, such as a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.).
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial, general, or specialty law.
