Job Description

As an Import Billing Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely billing of invoices with the AOC team and posting transactions on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Monitoring and ensuring timely billing of invoices with AOC team and posting of transactions on a daily basis.
  2. Ensuring invoice submission sent on time and no missed out to avoid payment delay from customers.
  3. Identifying and resolving any client queries.
  4. Pushing origin/relevant parties for on any unclear shipping term/rate/IC/hawb dispute.
  5. Ensuring 3rd party billing invoices raised within timeline and ensure admin destination credit received.
  6. Ensuring all folders are well kept for audit purpose with complete set document.
  7. Proactively driving BD/KAM/Sales to provide clear billing SOP to meet billing KPI before shipment arrival KUL.
  8. CLEARING THE INVOICE DISPUTE IN CUSTOMER PORTAL/WEBSITE TO AVOID PAYMENT DELAY.
  9. IDENTIFYING PROCESS/SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT FOR FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS.
