Job Purpose

Responsible for managing Ground procurement activities, including rates sourcing and vendor management. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Source competitive rates and provide ground transportation solutions for RFQs and customer enquiries.
  2. Support the Business Development and Ground teams in pursuing new opportunities and retaining existing customers.
  3. Manage vendor KPI performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  4. Ensure compliance with CEVA's business rules and policies at all times.
  5. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to prepare and manage Transport Service Agreements.
  6. Establish strong governance practices both internally and with external partners.
  7. Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to CEVA's cost savings program.
  8. Perform other tasks assigned by the Country Head and Function Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any business field.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation-related roles.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze data and negotiate contracts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills, particularly in pricing and quotes.
