  • Familiarity with the Johor Bahru real estate market and co-living industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with property management software is an asset.
  • Fluency in English and Malay is required; knowledge of Mandarin is beneficial.
